We ask for these permissions so thatwe can provide youwith the following useful features: YourAccounts, Find Account onDevice, Read Google ServiceConfiguration, Sync Settings, Read SyncSettings allows us to syncto Google Drive to save addresses. Thismakes entering outageseasier for you. You can choose opt out ofthis feature later. YourLocation, Storage and Test Access toProtected Storage helps findyour location on the outage map andenables Google maps. We alsostore your address on your device sothat you can see your storedlocations within the app. Camera allowsyou to use the flash ofyour camera as a flashlight to help youduring a power outage. Wedo not access any of your pictures or youractual camera. We do notrecord images or video. Control Vibrationand Prevent Device FromSleeping allows us to send younotifications. You can choose to optout of this feature later, butyou must initially grant permissionfor access to the DTE Energyapp.
